Det er i hvert fald den samme egenskab som virus-analogien bygger på.
Afsnit 2b af GPL:

    b) You must cause any work that you distribute or publish, that in

    parties under the terms of this License.

Hvor gør han det?

Det er ikke et konklusion, men et postulat.  Man behøver ikke at
argumentere for postulater, men en god (kritisk) journalist havde bedt
ham gøre det.

Linux havde nu ikke netværksunderstøttelse i starten, faktisk var
386BSD først ude med en fri Unix der havde netværk.  Men ellers er jeg
ikke helt sikker på hvad det er du prøver at argumentere for.
