En verden hvor lovtekt og praksis intet har med hinanden at gøre ?

En verden hvor lovteksten efterhånden forfattes af det private erhvevsliv ?

En verden der sucks big time ! :-(

Ja, patent søgningen i usa, og tildels europa er under al kritik.

Skal vi bare acceptere dette ?


Den er jo ikke bare under al kritik - den bliver misbrugt på det groveste af private virksomheder, i direkte modstrid med lovenes intentioner...
