OK, her er mit totale bud:

38. Does the minister think that there is no self-reflecting definition
(e.g., technology is what technology does) of what in the EC commission's
proposed directive for software patents is understood by 'technical
contribution', 'technical charactaristica', 'technological area',
and which doesn't, at the same time, fall due to a trivial logic flaw?

39. The minister is asked to explain why there is a differentiation
between technical/physical contributions and non-technical/physical
contributions, technical/physical charactaristica and non-technical/
physical charactaristica and technical area and non-technical area
in the proposed directive for software patents from the EC commission?

40. The minister is asked to explain the conclusive difference
between patent practice in the EC software patent directive's
term 'technical contribution' and the 'practical contribution',
which is the requirement in the US.

41. Could the minister provide an example of a program which, when
implemented on a computer, does not possess technical character,
does not possess technical charactaristica nor falls into the
technological area as defined in the EC commission's proposed directive
for software patents?

42. The minister is asked to provide two examples showing the difference
between technical and non-technical and, based on the articles from the
EC directive, argue that one is technical and one is not.

43. Does the minister think that the EC commission's proposed directive
for software patents in some areas goes further than the current EPO
practice and interpretation? If so, where?

44. Does the minister think that the EC commission's draft directive
for software patents in some areas is more restrictive than the current
EPO practice and interpretation? If so, where?

45. The minister is asked to explain how, according to the
EC commission's draft directive for software patents and in the practice
stemming from it, will it be possible to differentiate between:
  - practical problems and technical problems inspiring and solved by
    the invention,
  - practical properties and technical properties of the method
providing the solution to the underlying problem,
  - practical results and technical results stemming from the solution
    of the underlying problem,
  - the need for practical considerations and technical considerations
to achieve a computer implemented invention.

46. What is the conclusive difference between patent practice in the US
and the proposed directive for software patents by the EC commission and
how does the minister think this difference can be kept in the future?

47. The minister is asked to explain what difference there will be in
patent evaluation between computer implemented inventions and computer
implemented business methods having practical impact/gain and technical
impact as stated by the proposed directive for software patents by the
EC commission?

48. The minister is asked to inform whether there exists computer
implemented software which does not solve a technical problem, which
does not not employ the technical properties of the solution and does
not have technical impact?

49. Could the minister provide an example of a computer implemented
business method, e.g., implementing a financial calculation, which does
not solve a technical problem, which does not not employ the technical
properties of the solution and does not have technical impact?

50. The minister is asked to indicate which parts of the EC directive
provides a clear definition ensuring that a technical problem, technical
contribution, technical properties and technical considerations of
computer implemented business methods never are patentable?

51. The minister is asked to explain how the EPO differentiate between
'technical contribution' and 'further technical contribution'. Does this
influence the EC commission's proposed directive for software patents?
If so, where is this stated?

52. In the case of a web page being interpreted by a computer program
running on computer hardware, causing the web page's content to have
'further technical impact' on the computer hardware, the minister is
asked to indicate if and when the web page, browser, computer and
hardware is patentable?
