Jeg er ikke til dem alle, og paa vej i seng, men her er mine faa bud.
Jeg er ikke sikker paa slutningen af 38. Jeg ved ikke om jeg fangede
den danske tekst rigtigt.

38. Does the minister think that there is no selfreflecting definition
(eg., technology is what technology does) of what in the EC-commission's
draft directive for software patents is understood by 'technical
contribution', 'technical charactaristica', 'technological area',
and which doesn't, at the same time, fall due to a trivial logic flaw?

39. The minister is asked to explain why there is a dirrentiation
between technical/physical contributions and non-technical/physical
contributions, technical/physical charactaristica and non-technical/
physical charactaristica and technical area and non-technical area
in the draft directive for software patents from the EC-commission?

40. The minister is asked to explain the conclusive difference
between patent practise in the EC software patent directive's
term 'technical contribution' and the 'practical contribution',
which is the requirement in the US.

41. Could the minister provide an example of a program which, when
implemented on a computer, does not possess technical character,
does not possess technical charactaristica nor falls into the
technological area as defined in the EC-commission's draft directive
for software patents?

42. The minister is asked to provide two examples showing the
difference between technical and non-technical and, based on
the articles from the EC directive, argue that one is technical
and one is not.

43. Does the minister think that the EC-commission's draft directive
for software patents in some areas goes futher than the current
EPO practise and intrepretation? If so, where?

44. Does the minister think that the EC-commission's draft directive
for software patents in some areas are more restrictive than the current
EPO practise and intrepretation? If so, where?
